Patch.com reports that a Clearwater man was killed early last Thursday morning in a car wreck on U.S. Highway 19 in Hudson, FL.
The incident occurred around 6:15 a.m. on Thursday, when a Clearwater man, 83 years of age, was driving a pickup truck westbound on Bolton Avenue, approaching the intersection of Bolton and U.S. Highway 19. He ran the stop sign for unknown reasons still under investigation and collided with a sport-utility vehicle driven by a Dade City man who is 26 years of age.
The Clearwater man was declared dead at the scene of the accident.
