When you walk into our office with a potential case, we talk with you, we evaluate it, and decide if it’s something that we can pursue. And if it is something we’re going to take on for that client, that client does not pay one penny to our law firm. It is all done on a contingency fee, which means we don’t get paid unless the client recovers money. And the way it works is we obtain a third of whatever that recovery is. And it doesn’t cost the client anything. Expenses are all paid by our firm and we just recoup them at the end of the case.
