In my experience, the way to win over a jury is to be very forceful with telling the facts and very credible. Credibility is everything. If you don’t have credibility with a jury you’re not going to win that case and the way you gain their credibility is by having your witnesses testify in the most truthful manner as possible. And basically telling your case to a jury like it’s a story letting the facts just unfold.
