Recently, Bausch and Lomb announced that they are
recalling the popular ReNu contact lens cleaning
product, ReNu with MoistureLoc. Since last summer, there
have been 109 cases of a rare eye infection in ReNu with
MoistureLoc users. Of the 109 cases, at least 8 required
a corneal transplant to correct the problem.
