Two people were killed this weekend in a fiery two-vehicle crash in West Kendall, in Miami-Dade County, FL. The accident occurred just before 9 p.m. on Friday, November 19th.
According to police, 18-year-old Andy Oquendo was driving a white Scion east on Sunset Drive at SW 148th Avenue when, due to high speeds, he lost control of the vehicle.
Oquendo’s vehicle, which was carrying two passengers, spun out and hit a tree, re-entering the road and colliding with a Cadillac also heading eastbound on Sunset Drive.
Oquendo was ejected from the vehicle upon impact, but the two passengers inside were killed when the car exploded and was engulfed in flames. Oquendo was airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims in the crash. The driver of the Cadillac was not hurt, but the car did sustain damage in the wreck.
Our sympathies go out to all of those involved in this fatal accident.

What may have been a viable conspiracy charge soon devolved into lunacy...

Tesla vehicles may have state of the art electric batteries and a so-called “autopilot” system, but the cars may be responsible for several recent deaths. If approved, this would include the use of cell phones and text messaging from all devices while driving. Although different states have certain cell phone laws prohibiting handheld devices for all age...
