  • 2006 — recalled approximately 6,500 Pilot Sport tires prone to air pressure loss
  • 2007 — recalled close to 20,000 motorcycle tires for tread separation at high speeds
  • 2008 — class action lawsuit settled over Michelin PAX tires on Honda Acura RLs and Honda Odyssey Touring Editions. Tires subject early wear and defective.
  • 2009 — recalled approximately 800 Pilot Alpin tires that were improperly labeled, a violation of National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NTHSA) standards
  • 2012 — recalled roughly 841,000 tires made under Uniroyal and BF Goodrich brands due to tread-belt separation. This affected some passenger vehicles, commercial trucks and heavy-duty vans
  • 2013 — recalled 100,000 tires used for passenger trucks and SUVs. Tires included were the LTX M/S 2, X Radial LT2, and Latitude Tour. The issue was punctures in the sidewall causing rapid deflation.
