A four-year-old girl was killed in a Miami-Dade car accident last week, after the SUV she was riding in flipped over on the Palmetto Expressway.
The accident, which sent three others to the hospital, occurred when a black SUV rear-ended a red SUV, toppling the red vehicle onto its roof.
The girl, whose identity has not been released, was killed in the rollover. The driver of the black car, along with two others in the red vehicle, were treated afterward for non-life threatening injuries.
The accident occurred on the southbound Palmetto Expressway near the Okeechobee Road exit around 6:30 p.m. on Friday, New Year’s Eve.
Our deepest sympathies go out to the family of the little girl. Our thoughts are with all those who were injured or involved in the car accident.
