Attorney Debi Chalik is a founding partner in The Law Offices of Chalik and Chalik, where she established the firm's Litigation Division. She has devoted her legal career to advocating for people who have been injured and disabled, and families who have lost loved ones, due to the negligence or recklessness of other parties.

Personal injury cases handled by Attorney Chalik range from premises liability cases where people slip and fall and injure themselves, to medical malpractice / birth injuries such as Erb's Palsy, to serious motor vehicle accidents caused by defective tires.

She has also advocated for clients hurt on the job, including in construction accidents.

A Personal Approach
A native of Montreal, Canada, Attorney Chalik received a fellowship to study law at Nova Southeastern University, NSU Law, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she earned many awards prior to graduating with her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. She partnered with her husband, Attorney Jason Chalik, at Rosen & Chalik, as a personal injury attorney. Later they founded The Law Offices of Chalik & Chalik to serve the people of Florida.

"I develop a personal relationship with my clients. I get to know their cases and lives inside and out, so I understand their day-to-day struggles and can explain that to a jury, if we need to go to court."

Attorney Chalik prides herself on helping injured victims and bereaved families obtain the compensation they are legally entitled to from insurance companies and businesses. The firm's slogan is "Our Family Fighting for Your Family," and she takes that to heart.

In May 2009, Attorney Debi Chalik was recognized by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County as one of the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County.
