Dell Pertnoy, Paralegal
Dell has lived in South Florida for more than 20 years. She joined the firm in 1997 and works as a paralegal to Attorney Jason Chalik. Dell handles all client services such as setting up claims, following clients' medical treatments, communicating with doctors' offices, working with insurance adjusters, and sending out demands. What Dell finds most rewarding: "Taking my client through the process and seeing that they are compensated for their pain and suffering." Dell attended the Chandler School in Boston. She is a native of Newton, Massachusetts, and a lifelong New England Patriots fan. She is married with three children.

Suzy Spivack, Administrative Assistant
Suzy was born in Cuba and raised in South Florida. She joined the firm in 1996, and she brings valuable bilingual skills to our family of legal professionals. Suzy is fluent in both English and Spanish, and she facilitates interactions with our Spanish-speaking clients. Suzy keeps the exchange of information flowing and the lines of communication open between our attorneys and our clients. Linda Sultzer, Paralegal / Litigation Assistant
Originally from Staten Island, New York, Linda has worked in personal injury law for more than 20 years. She joined the firm in 2003. As our litigation assistant, Linda is skilled in communicating effectively with other parties whom we deal with in our personal injury lawsuits, such as opposing counsel and judges' assistants. "The most gratifying part about my job is working with our clients," she says. "I truly enjoy helping people with their cases." She is married, with four children.

Walesca Buvet (a/k/a "Wally"), Paralegal
Wally is originally from Detroit, Michigan, and she is fully bilingual in English and Spanish -- an important asset as we provide legal services to the Spanish-speaking peoples of Florida. Wally joined the firm in 2003 and serves as paralegal to Attorney Jason Chalik. "Being bilingual benefits all our Spanish-speaking clients, as I am able to explain matters related to how a personal injury case is handled. I may serve as an interpreter when needed." Diana Polo, Legal Assistant
Diana is originally from Colombia and is fully bilingual -- fluent in English and Spanish. As legal assistant, Diana works with the paralegals to organize and update all information on our clients. She is also available to serve as a translator for our Spanish-speaking clients. Charles Chalik, Investigations Manager
Investigations Manager Charles Chalik has been with the firm since 1999. Charles travels the entire state of Florida meeting new clients at their homes or in hospitals to handle accident cases. Charles started investigating accidents as a police cadet for the Plantation, Florida police department and later was a student dispatcher for the Sunrise, Florida police department.
