Dell has lived in South Florida for more than 20 years. She joined the firm in 1997 and works as a paralegal to Attorney Jason Chalik. Dell handles all client services such as setting up claims, following clients' medical treatments, communicating with doctors' offices, working with insurance adjusters, and sending out demands. What Dell finds most rewarding: "Taking my client through the process and seeing that they are compensated for their pain and suffering." Dell attended the Chandler School in Boston. She is a native of Newton, Massachusetts, and a lifelong New England Patriots fan. She is married with three children.
